Vessels of Grace
Solo Exhibition
September 26, 2026
A One-Day Solo Exhibition by Celvic Villacorta
Bamberton Center, Taguig
Co-Presented By: Minthe Contempo & Soroptimist International Manila Diamond
Benefiting: SI Manila Diamond Scholars & Hope for Lupus Foundation

In Vessels of Grace, visual artist Celvic Villacorta looks beyond classical myth to honor the quiet grace of everyday women—those who carry life’s heavy burdens while continuing to offer warmth, strength, and beauty to everyone around them. Inspired by their ability to maintain composure through adversity, Villacorta translates this inner fortitude into physical form using folded, crumpled, and distressed canvas. Out of these sculpted folds rise soulful gazes and winged figures—a gentle reminder of the resilience found in quiet strength.
Spatial Activation & Social Impact
True to Minthe Contempo’s identity as an unconventional pop-up art gallery and curatorial platform, Vessels of Grace activates Bamberton Center in Taguig as a temporary sanctuary where fine art meets real-world purpose.
Presented in partnership with Soroptimist International Manila Diamond, this joint initiative turns art into a channel for direct social impact:

20% of all exhibition sales will directly support continuing SI Manila Diamond scholars alongside new recipients from the Hope for Lupus community.

100% of proceeds from a designated feature artwork—donated jointly by the artist and gallery—will be dedicated to these scholarship funds.
By investing in these women as true vessels of grace, Vessels of Grace provides the education, confidence, and resources needed to build lives of purpose and dignity.
